- LICENSE
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by DoctorWebsites (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company, as follows:
Limited Usage Granted
Your membership grants you the rights to use the DoctorWebsites templates on as many concurrent sites. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use the templates on these sites, so the templates are not time-limited.
DoctorWebsites membership grants unlimited implementations of DoctorWebsites templates as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
Members need to renew their account if they wish to continue to deploy DoctorWebsites templates to new clients after their existing DoctorWebsites membership has expired.
- MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modification(s) as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of DoctorWebsites templates if needed.
- UNAUTHORIZED USE
You shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from DoctorWebsites. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
- UPDATES
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Blogger, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these Blog’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to Blogger versions.
- DELIVERY
After we have succesfully received your payment, your DoctorWebsites membership information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, DoctorWebsites members will have instant access to all templates and club forum. During the membership term, full access will be provided to the templates and the forums. After membership has expired, download access is removed, and forum access is limited, usage rights continue however.
- ASSIGNABILITY
You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from DoctorWebsites.
- OWNERSHIP
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- USE OF CONTENT
You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
- REFUND POLICY
Since DoctorWebsites is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please contact us if you need further clarification on our refund policy.
- WARRANTY
DoctorWebsites does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that DoctorWebsites Templates will work with all browser combinations.
- THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES
DoctorWebsites may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. DoctorWebsites does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that DoctorWebsites will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with DoctorWebsites's terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of DoctorWebsites
- SUPPORT
DoctorWebsites offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Blogger. Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price. A private members-only forum is available to DoctorWebsites Customer. DoctorWebsites does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
- INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.
